Nero express only allowes burning to cd media. Register nero 6 for $70 us and then they send me a serial number and then I can burn to dvd media. And you've been able to burn DVD-R media with it? If you buying nero 6 burning rom it comes with it and no need to register it because they give you a serial number

First it captures the video from the camcorder to the AVI format, then, when you are ready to burn the captured movie, it re-encodes it to a DVD-ready mpeg format, then, finally burns it to disk. A long process. Crappy, illogical, too much waste of time! Can Nero 6 capture, edit, and burn? Authoring? Thanks again.
